Muslim Community’s charter of demand for Indian National Developmental Inclusive Alliance

The Muslim community’s expectations from the Indian alliance in the 2024 elections encompass a multifaceted spectrum of demands, reflecting their aspirations for inclusive governance and representation. Among these demands is a call for substantive policies that address issues of religious discrimination, socio-economic inequality, and cultural marginalization. This includes advocating for the protection of minority rights, equitable access to education and employment opportunities, and the promotion of interfaith harmony.

  1. The recommendations of the Sachar Committee should be implemented.
  2. On the basis of Sachar Committee report, children of minorities should be given place in higher education in proportion to the population.
  3. Industrialization should be promoted by providing interest free loans to artisans and weavers.
  4. All Waqf properties spread across the country should be identified.
  5. Modernization should be promoted to protect Awqaf properties.
  6. The damage caused by the communal riots in the last ten years should be compensated and the victims should be compensated.
  7. Adequate compensation should be given. A judicial inquiry should be conducted into the arrest of innocent Muslim youth and they should be given justice.
  8. The laws made in the last ten years, which are not in the interest of the country and society, should be abolished.
  9. Private limited culture and thinking should be ended in the country.
  10. Talented persons from the minority community should be given a place in the foreign policies of the country.
